How to make your worksheet

  1. Pick a word set, or choose “My own words” and type them.
  2. Choose how many words go under each number.
  3. Print. You need one die and a crayon.
  4. Press “New version” to put the words in new places.

How to play

Roll the die. Find the column with that number at the top. Read any word in it that is not colored yet, then color its box. Play until a column is full, or until the whole page is colored.

Why it works

A die turns reading the same words several times into a game. Short and often is what builds quick, sure reading.
