Your worksheet:

How to make your worksheet

  1. Choose a grid of words, or sentences.
  2. Pick a word list, or type your own words. The first word is the one to find.
  3. Choose one or two words to find on a page.
  4. Print, with the answer key if you want it.

The reading skill

To pick one word out of a crowd, a child has to look at all its letters, in order. Doing it ten times on one page helps the word stick.

In sentences

For the 40 words of Sight Words Set 1 and 2, the page can show our checked short sentences instead of a grid, so the word is found in real reading.

The other words

The other words in the grid come from the same list, so they are words your child is learning too.
