Your worksheet:

How to make your worksheet

  1. Choose the kind of page: sticker chart, weekly chart, reading chart or certificate.
  2. Type your child’s name and the goal, or leave them empty and write them by hand.
  3. Choose the number of boxes. Ten is right for a first chart.
  4. Pick a design and print.

One small goal

A chart works best with one clear, small goal that your child can reach today, such as “I read for ten minutes” or “I wrote my name”. Give the sticker right away.

A certificate marks the moment

When your child finishes a book, learns all the letter sounds or fills a chart, a certificate with their name on it makes the moment something to keep.
