How to make your worksheet

  1. Pick a set of ready sentences or type your own.
  2. Choose two, three or four sentences.
  3. Print, cut out a pointer top and glue it to a craft stick.
  4. Your child touches under each dot and reads.

The reading skill

Touching one word for each word said is how a beginner learns where a word starts and ends. It also keeps the eyes on the print.
